Bulk email verifier: check a list of up to 50 addresses

Paste a list or upload a .csv or .txt file and this free bulk email verifier checks up to 50 addresses, three at a time, then lets you sort, filter and download the results as a CSV file. It catches typos, domains that can't receive mail, disposable and role addresses, and confirms Outlook.com and Hotmail accounts. No account, no credits, and nothing is stored.

Try:

How to verify a list of email addresses

  1. 1

    Paste or upload the list

Paste addresses one per line, or separated by commas, semicolons or spaces. Or upload a .csv or .txt file up to 1 MB. Duplicates are removed and “Name <name@example.com>” entries are understood.

  2. 2

    Run the check

Press Check and up to 50 addresses are checked three at a time, with a progress bar. You can stop the run at any point and keep what's done.

  3. 3

    Filter and export

Sort by email, verdict, score or provider, filter to Valid, Risky, Unconfirmed or Invalid, and download everything as a CSV file to clean your list in a spreadsheet.

What the bulk check finds in your list

  • Addresses that will bounce

Domains that don't exist, domains with no mail server or a Null MX, Outlook and Hotmail accounts Microsoft says don't exist, and forwarded addresses a domain doesn't route anywhere.

  • Typos

Slips like gmial.com, hotmial.com or name@company.con get a “Did you mean…?” suggestion, which is also in the CSV.

  • Disposable inboxes

Throwaway addresses from Mailinator, 10 Minute Mail, YOPmail and nearly 10,000 other disposable domains are marked Risky.

  • Role and free addresses

info@, sales@, support@ and other team inboxes are flagged, and so are free webmail providers, so you can tell a personal Gmail from a company address.

  • Provider and setup

Each row shows the mail provider (Gmail, Microsoft 365, Zoho and more) and a one-line reason, and the CSV adds the MX server and whether the address has a public Gravatar.

  • What stays Unconfirmed

Gmail, Yahoo and most company domains only confirm a mailbox to a direct mail-server check, which isn't available on this site right now. Those rows say “Not confirmed”: the domain is fine, the mailbox itself is unknown.

Is this the right tool for your list?

It's built for small lists you want to tidy before sending: event or webinar sign-ups, a form export, a handful of leads, or a contact list after an import. It's free with no account, and the CSV keeps every detail. For lists of thousands of addresses, or when you need every Gmail mailbox confirmed, a paid list-cleaning service that runs its own mail servers will go further.
